Urban Echo Shop loves our customers and our main goal is to make sure you are as happy as can be with every order. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our team will do everything we can to make it better. 

Upon arrival of your items, please review your order and look over your item(s) right way. If you feel that you've received a defective item, reach out to our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, reach out as soon as possible so we can solve any issues and make things just right. 

Here is a list of the guidelines and procedures we have in place for returning your item(s):

• Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
• All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that your order is shipped.
• Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
• Returned items must remain unworn and unwashed.
• Include your original receipt with the item marked that you'd like to return
• Shipping is non-refundable, unless Urban Echo Shop made an error.
• Please allow the Urban Echo Shop team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our Trend Space.
• Please allow up to 10 days for package transit. 

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that in an email message sent to customerservice@urbanechoshop.com. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code. 

We understand that things come up that may require you to change or cancel your order. We will do everything we can to assist you, but you must contact us within four hours of placing the original order due to order processing being so efficient on our end. Once Urban Echo Shop initially processes your order (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

If you wanted to purchase something after you placed an order, the order change rule applies - contact us immediately. We may be able to add it and will certainly try.
